FLATBED UV

At Designer Graphics 2006 saw the aquisition of our StellarJet 2500mm wide direct to substrate Flatbed UV printer. This machine is capable of high quality combined with high speed output. Material with can be upto 2500mm with a length restricted only by our room. Ridged materials are fed directly through the machine and print is cured instantly, allowing for fast production runs and turn-around times.

Substrates that can be printed include:
- Acrylic
- PVC & Expanded PVC
- Melamine
- Glass
- Composite Aluminium
- Stainless Steel
- Coreflute
+ Many more, new materials can be also trialed

GRANDFORMAT SOLVENT

In 2008 Designer Graphics has expanded its printing services with the purchase of a 5m wide grandformat solvent printer. This machine is capable of printing single piece banners at 5m x 50m.

Applications include:
- Large full colour PVC banners
- Flex Face lightbox skins
- Sail Track Banners

Hi RESOLUTION SOLVENT

We also still have our Hi-Res Solvent Mimaki JV3 SP Solvent machine, we are able to produce high quality prints for internal and external use on a variety of media.

Applications include:
- Backlit Film Transperency’s
- Self Adhesive Stickers
- Posters
