LED LIGHTING

Designer Graphics now offers complete LED Lighting solutions.

With LED Lighting both striking and subtile coloured and animated effects can be created to brighten up you busineses image

There are a number of LED lighting options available.

Raw flexible LED strip (low powered) 5W per mtr which is simply d-sided tape onto surface, a 30W transformer will run 5 mtrs ( a roll)

60 leds per mtr
have different colours 1. Pure White 2. Warm White 3. Red .4. Blue 5.Green
raw flexible LED strip (low powered) mounted in “C” channel & have option for K12 diffuser

Raw flexible LED strip (hi powered) 14.4W per mtr which only comes mounted to “C” channel as heat is an issue also a 30W trany will only run 2 mtrs

“C” channel is Anodised aluminium
installation of “C” channel is done with d-sided tape & silicone on back of extrusion

LED LIGHTING - DM Jazz Bar

This is an example of what can be achieved using LED lighting in combination with our other production abilities in digital printing, laser cutting and fabrication.

On wall the scrolls/ we lasercut thru 6mm timber and mounted it to 6mm clear acrylic which is laser etched and lit with 5050 red leds Other red leds for floor lighting is low powered

Lightbox is using LED Modules

We used 55 mtrs of RED & 35 mtrs of white (low powered) 5W per Mtr

Walls used 4 lengths of 3000mm hi powered RED 14.4W per mtr

We did printing of graphic on glass as well

Outside lightboxes are made from aluminium composite panels folded to 100mm deep and Led modules inside

The walls in white have lasercut 3mm white acrylic scrolls stuck to walls
